Jerry has lived in the Finger Lakes for 32 years, retiring after 40 years in retailing. He and his wife are proud grandparents of soon to be four grandchildren. Jerry has been driving for Grapevine Country Tours for 13 years, and enjoys sharing what he has learned about the great wines served in the Finger Lakes. He loves meeting new people and making sure they have a great day on the Wine Trail.
Rob has been driving for us for five years since retiring as the president of the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Massachusetts, he is a Vietnam vet and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. Rob has held a variety of positions in his career, even running a zoo for five years! He enjoys meeting people and helping them get the most out of their Finger Lakes experience.
Bonnie started Grapevine Country Tours in 2002 with one car and a dream. With a background in education, Bonnie has an innate desire to teach visitors about the Finger Lakes and to show off all that we have to offer here. Bonnie spends her leisure time with her family and friends on beautiful Seneca Lake enjoying wine and travel.
Nicole is new to the Grapevine team, but has been in the family for many years. Nicole is a native of the region and comes from a background in the restaurant business and customer service is her forte. She is a natural with people and loves doing wine and beer tours. Nicole is eagerly learning more about the industry. At home, she is married to Matthew and has 2 children, Logan and Paige, ages 8 and 5.
Linda moved to the Finger Lakes area from Rochester, NY when she was 22 years old. She fell in love with the hills, lakes and peaceful lifestyle. Linda spent 1 season working for Fox Run pouring wine, and 5 years working for the Finger Lakes Grape Program. In her spare time she gardens and hikes. Linda enjoys matching people with wines that she thinks they will enjoy.
Marty retired from a local pump company after 37 years and has enjoyed touring the finger lakes to experience the local wines for the last 30 years. He grew up in an Italian household with a grandfather who made wine and had a wine cellar in the basement. Marty decided to start a second career as a tour guide to show visitors the wine trail and it’s world class wines.
His career was journalism and he worked 5 years with the Geneva Times (now the Finger Lakes Times) and 33 years with the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. In retirement, he enjoys driving visitors in the Finger Lakes and introducing them to the wonderful attractions of our region.
Floud Alexander moved to the Finger Lakes Region in 1995 for College and decided to stay here upon graduation. He credits the gentle vista’s, beauty of the Lakes and access to outdoor activity for that decision. Originally from Grenada, he finds the Finger Lakes region incredible beauty a recipe for picture perfect moments, fine food, and wonderful events organized around wines. Floud enjoys seeing the growth the wine industry has brought to the region and the wines grown in this region. He even participated in the naming of a local late harvest wine. Floud looks forward to providing you a fun filled day and safe transportation between the wonderful wineries our region offers.
